My mom passed away in my new house that I had just built. Culturally we had to go and
collect her spirit in my house. I really questioned myself as to where I gathered the
strength. I was strong and very determined to give her the most perfect farewell. Having
the Baroka team really made it easy. Bye mommy. I thought being the only child would
be hell to give you a dignified funeral.
