BAROKA FUNERALS runs a premium rated SMS line for Clients to get in contact with us. To use the service, send an SMS with the word “BAROKA” to 32015. SMSs are charged at R1 per SMS, network fees and/or administration fees may be charged and free SMSs do not apply. LOVE IS ORANGE COMPETITION

 

BAROKA FUNERALS LOVE IS ORANGE COMPETITION Terms & Conditions

 

The promoter is Baroka Funerals (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

  1. The promotional competition is open to everyone eligible to like and share the LOVE IS ORANGE FACEBOOK IMAGE on the Baroka Funerals facebook page except any of these; the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  2. The competition will run from 3 February 2021 to 23 February 2021. Participants must be 18 years or older. Participants enter by liking and sharing the Love is Orange post and then inboxing or sending a WhatsApp screenshot of the provided “LOVE IS ORANGE” image to Baroka Funerals. By Inboxing us a screenshot of your likes and shares you stand a chance to the win the weekly prize and you gain entry into the Weekend Getaway giveaway.
  3. Winners with the highest likes and shares on their shared post will be selected by means of tallying the shares and likes and will be notified via a phone call where the winner will be required to verify their details. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavor to contact the prize winners once every day for 5 consecutive working days after their name is drawn. If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to name winners publicly and any other place where the Promoter deems fit. By entering the competition, prize winners agree to the publication of their name by the Promoter.
  5. A total of forty-eight winners will receive a magic mug.
  6. Two lucky couples will win a 2 night Weekend gateway to the Euphoria Golf & Lifestyle Estate on the 5th-7th March 2021 alongside the CEO of Baroka Funerals and The Funny Chef. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included.
  7. The promoter reserves the right to film and photograph the winners for publicity purposes for sales and promotions.
  8. Participants can only win once, the winner is however allowed to enter the competition again once they have won the magic mug.
  9. Failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith these requirements within 5 days will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
  10. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  11. Confirmation of entry will be by way of WhatsApp inbox or FaceBook Messenger message.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claim if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
  13. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
  14. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the winner. However, the winner has the right to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter at Baroka Funerals,  Soshanguve South, Soshanguve, 0152 Att : Legal Department.
  16. The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.
  17. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavors to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
  18. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers nor employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.
  19. Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.

WIN A CAR COMPETITION

BAROKA FUNERALS WIN A CAR COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter is Baroka Funerals (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

  1. The promotional competition is open to everyone eligible to purchase Baroka Funerals policy except any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  2. The competition will run from 1 July 2021 to 31January 2022. Participants must be 18 years or older. Existing members enter by SMSing “Car” to 32015. New clients enter by joining, pay the premium and SMS “Car” to 32015.
  3. A Winner will be selected by means of an electronic draw and will be notified via a phone call where the winner will be required to verify their details. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavor to contact the prize winner once every day for 5 consecutive working days after their name is drawn. If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.
  4. The Winner may not sell the vehicle (Hyundai Grand i10) and may not remove the branding for 24 Months.
  5. The insurance of the won vehicle is the responsibility of the Winner and not of the promoter.
  6. The servicing, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle hereto are at the expense of the Winner and not to the account of the promoter.
  7. Installation of the car tracker is the responsibility of the Winner.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to name winners publicly and any other place where the Promoter deems fit. By entering the competition, prize winners agree to the publication of their name by the Promoter.
  9. One winner will receive a brand-new Hyundai Grand i10 to the value of R200,000.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to film and photograph the winners for publicity purposes for sales and promotions.
  11. The winners will be required to arrange their own transportation to the collection of the vehicle.
  12. Participants can enter the competition as many times as desired by bending a SMS to “Car” to 32015 also ensuring that your monthly premiums are up to date.
